This time, we really appreciated Allison and Jason's dedicated work for us. At the beginning, we were quite nervous to be a vendor as we have never interacted with any real estate company previously, and we had no idea what's happening in the future. Also, my emotional feeling and procedure for selling the house were mixed, it was quite a hard situation for me. However, Allison always understood about my circumstances and kindly explained to us about my concerns all the time. Also, she always acted quickly if any issues or concerns occurred. Jason also dedicated for all of the Open days for the house with his punctual manner. Just before the auction, we had a meeting with Allison and Jason at Ray White office. I think we were assured by both Allison and Jason's polite and professional mannerism at that time. We would like to thank Alan for managing the sale of our property. Before we signed with Ray White he invited us to an auction of a similar property, to see how Ray White worked. We were impressed with Alan's team effort, and also the fact that he took notice of our needs, where 2 other agents we tried were telling us what we should do, rather than listening to what we wanted. We signed with Ray White, and everything went exactly as planned. Alan contacted us by phone after inspections, and confirmed by email. He guided us through the auction process, and we had a meeting prior to the auction so we wouldn't be asked questions without notice while the auction was in progress. In all, it was a great selling experience. I would rate Alan 5 stars for skills and knowledge, and would certainly highly recommend you to other sellers.
