We have the greatest pleasure in recommending Alan Tran for his advice and support throughout the whole campaign to successfully sell my mother's home in Springvale South. It was a surprising emotional journey for us. Mum died 27 years ago but the house has been ours for 50 years and all her children had lived in it at one stage or another. Alan was invariably patient and handled sensitively the different expectations of the siblings. He communicated regularly through Whatsapp, responding with good humour to allay concerns, as well as issuing formal progress reports. Chris is the best, let me explain. My partner and I began our search in Noble Park a few months ago and it didn't take long for our paths to cross. He organised an after hours inspection for the property that was tenanted at the time. Chris showed he cared by always being easily approached, contactable and straight up.
