Would contact Michelle if looking to buy or sell in future. Very easy to communicate with and very helpful getting quotes to make sure my house was presented in a manner that would attract buyers. House sold 1st week on market for a very good price.

Michelle helped us purchase our dream house in North Lakes. She was absolutely amazing to deal with. Organised all the maintenance required for the purchase, was available whenever we needed her even after hours. Bonus if you have kids, she is a great baby holder/whisperer when looking at the house. Overall she was fantastic with the purchase, it was all the little things that she did and was there for. No question was to silly or small.

We were very pleased with the whole process to the final settlement. Michelle clearly had a feel for the market which was somewhat effected by the Covid_19 pandemic.
