David really appeared to know the local market and worked incredibly hard to achieve the out cone we needed. While David conducted himself with the utmost professionalism he also allowed us to get to know him and that relationship gave us a feeling of security and trust in him. We felt confident in selling with David as our agent because of the honesty and integrity he displayed in our dealings with him.

We are very happy with the service that Ryan provided. We found him to be very positive, energetic and professional. His communication skills are impeccable and responded to all of our queries in an efficient and prompt manner. Ryan achieved a fabulous price for our property and we are so glad that we chose to work with him. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone who is contemplating buying or selling property.

Our home was on the market for over six months with another Real Estate Agent before we made the decision to change to David. As soon as David reviewed our home he knew exactly which strategy to use. His knowledge about the market and how to display our home for photos and open homes was exceptional. Not once did he ask us to lower our asking price and was persistent in his drive to reach our goal. The whole time his demeanor was professional, yet he always added a personal touch which made us feel confident we had chosen the right agent. In the end we sold for more than we were expecting and would definitely use David again should we require such services.

David is hardworking and has a good network and WILL sell your house. It took a bit of time to find the right buyer for ours but he never gave up and finally did it. He's straight to the point and tells you how he sees it. Will definitely recommend.

He was confident with his ability to find a buyer and to get a sale price close to one that I was looking for. I found David to be very professional and courteous and showed real enthusiasm to the task.

David from Ray White was very supportive during the sale of my property. Although we didn't get any where near the price I wanted it went through smoothly. I would recommend David to handle any sale of any size as he has a good knowledge of the Northlakes area.

We bought interstate during Covid and Ryan was exceptional. He walked us through the process and even met me at the house at 9PM to personally hand me the keys and give me a tour. Thanks Ryan

I was positively impressed with Ryan Suhle as a talented and effective real estate agent who understood at once what I was searching for. Within a very brief time frame Ryan pointed me to a desirable property. He was able to connect me with the seller to achieve a mutually satisfactory sale and purchase outcome. A great real estate agent is someone who possesses professional skills, plus shows intuition into what people really want. I do recommend Ryan to all prospective sellers and buyers.

Ryan Suhle knows the North Lakes area well & gave me the confidence that I wouldn’t have a problem in selling. He excelled in relation to the timeliness of all areas of the sale & made the process smooth & actually enjoyable. From our first meeting I felt comfortable with him & didn’t feel pressured in any way. The advertising was outstanding & the work done behind the scenes meant I had a contract within 5 hours of the 1st open home. The follow up has been fantastic & I would recommend Ryan.
