I found Sangita to be Professional, Friendly, Genuine and Confident. I felt comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She has an excellent knowledge of the area and the market. Sangita has very good communication skills and kept me up to date during the sale campaign. She also got back to me quickly when I needed to speak to her. Sangita and her PA Sandy sent paperwork to me promptly and helped me find Trades people for jobs that needed doing before sale. Sangita is a very kind agent, good at settling properties, and seems like a great person. Although, throughout the buying process, we found her very difficult to get a hold of, and even we did get a hold of her, we would be told that her personal assistant would handle our questions and inspections. Therefore, we ended up solely conversing with her personal assistant. Sandy was great, was professional, got back to us extremely quickly, was happy to accomodate and work with busy schedules. Honestly I have no complaints with Sandy, everything ran very smoothly when working alongside her! We communicated that little with Sangita after the offer was accepted I think that the rating should be for Sandy seeing she handled all of our inspections, phone calls, any questions or queries and general support throughout the process. I’m really not sure what Sangita’s role was after the offer was accepted so I’m not confident in how to rate her work due to not actually working with her. My partner may have had a different experience as he was the one that put offers in - and by no means is Sangita bad at what she’s does, she very clearly is knowledgeable of the market and if you are a seller she would be awesome, I just think the review should be for Sandy.

Dean sold our investment property, which was no easy feat!! Hard to manage tenants and restricted access made presenting and showing the home extremely difficult. Dean battled on and despite the difficulties, kept us informed, communicated openly with all parties involved and sold the property.
