We met Sangita the first time as potential buyers for another house and found that the property we were looking at was very well presented, the advertising was well done and our interest was followed up promply. At the time we were not ready to buy but Sangita made an impression so that we decided to contact her to see if she was interested in selling our existing house. Excellence in communication, market knowledge and negotiation skills were clearly evident. There's much more to Damien, though. He certainly came across as a genuine and ethical person. He looked me straight in the eye and took the time to listen without hurrying me or interrupting. It was easy to deal with him, but based on my experience, not all agents have such a high level of emotional intelligence. If you are looking for someone who will look out for you, he will serve you extremely well.
