Di Tutty offers over 30 years experience in the Real Estate Industry covering both Sales and Property Management, backed by a Diploma of Agriculture, Real Agent’s Licensing Certificate, Stock and Station Agents Licensing Certificate & Advanced Residential Tenancy Certificate in Tribunal proceedings. Her priority is to manage properties with the utmost care & professionalism, with one of the keys to her success is her process of tenant selection. She believes that taking the time to find the right tenant helps to create a stress-free investment. Having the experience of being both a landlord and tenant herself, provides Di with a much better understanding of both parties’ needs. Excellent Property Management Service

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team managing my rental property. They were always quick to respond, open and honest, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were very careful when selecting tenants, which gave me confidence that the property was being looked after properly. The house was rented very quickly, and they organised everything involved with the tenants moving in and out, so I really didn’t have to worry about anything.
