We guess you always feel good when a sale is achieved however in this instance there was a lot of effort applied to the sale of our home, much more than I expected to receive from an agent. From our first meeting we were impressed with Cindy's professionalism, ,friendly manner and her ability to communicate. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and she left no stone unturned in following up potential buyers to the point of achieving a sale that exceeded our expectations. We experienced a disappointment when one prospective buyer pulled out however Cindy always had a fall back position. Throughout the entire process Cindy kept us fully informed of both developments and changes to advertising strategy. Cindy was always positive about achieving a good result. We met Cindy some 8 months before even deciding to sell our property, she was showing a property to us in the local area. Even though we were not ready to buy, we found Cindy's approach to be honest and most importantly, acting in the Vendors best interests. She was not at all pushy and we told her back then that when were ready to sell we would list with her. A good friend advised me to contact Ray White to sell my house as he had heard nothing but good comments about their service. I phoned them directly and Cindy phoned me back within the hour. Cindy was so helpful and friendly it made me feel instantly at ease. Nothing was a problem and...my house was sold within a few days. In a very small time frame she had managed to keep three (3) very keen buyers interested and also make the final deal to the highest bidder.
