If you are looking to buy or sell you can do no better than to contact Cindy Cash. We were assisting an elderly friend in selling her property and the care and concern shown to her by Cindy was exceptional. She acted as a friend, not simply an Agent and has continued to do so since the sale of the property. Cindy's professionalism in dealing with prospective purchasers was admirable and we were kept informed at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cindy to any prospective Vendor or Purchaser. Thank you Cindy. Pamela and John Fitzgerald

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Cindy. Cindy was friendly and still very professional. We were kept up to date with all procedures with the purchase. Even after settlement Cindy took the time to call to see if we had settled in comfortably. I would strongly recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property in the Hawkesbury area.

From my initial request for a market appraisal, to after the final sale, Cindy has been very committed to achieving the very best outcome for me. She understands the market when we set the asking price for the property. She understood the needs of the potential buyers that inspected the property. The house was sold in four days, at my asking price. I could not be happier with Cindy's help in obtaining the great result.

Cindy is a great agent. I was searching for a specific investment property and asked her to find one for me. I said I was in no hurry but find me the right one. Well blow me down she stayed in contact almost every day and within 2 weeks had found the ideal place. A few days later we agreed on a price and a contract was signed. Impressive work Cindy, I would highly recommend you and use your services again in the future.

As the decision to sell our family home of 18 years was a really difficult one we required an agent who would make it simple and as painless as possible taking this into consideration, we certainly made the right choice in choosing Cindy Cash. Residing locally Cindy's knowledge of the area and market is second to none, her professionalism and commitment to her vendors is outstanding. We were never in doubt about the advice she gave us and the process was made extremely stress free due to her clear and constant communication. Above all this Cindy's character cannot be faulted as she works with complete integrity. We couldn't be happier selling in just 3 weeks and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cindy as the agent of choice for anyone. Kim and Robert
