Cindy had a string of successes in our area, and after meeting her we decided to sell through her. She is bubbly and above all seems very straightforward, ethical and honest and nothing like a stereotypical real estate agent at all. She was infinitely patient, especially as we had a tenant on 90 days' notice, who used their full 90 days to find somewhere and was not in any particular rush to move on. Cindy helped the tenant to find another property, and was patient while we undertook renovations, and advised us as to best styles for dressing the place, even popping by to comment and encourage us on progress with the renovation (so welcome and above and beyond!!) Christmas loomed so we waited until after the festive season to list, and Cindy got 9 groups through on the first open house, and consistently impressive numbers every time, as well as mid week inspections (It helped that the house was clean and ready to go as we live elsewhere). She also rang immediately after every inspection with feedback. House sold within 4 weeks, and Cindy got us well within the range of what we wanted for the house, and didn't contact us until the offer was in the vicinity of what we would consider. Selling a house can be stressful, but Cindy made it a breeze. Settlement still to come.
