Good result, Good experience.
Chris gets that buying and selling a property isn't something that most people do many times in their lives. He's super-responsive and has a great style that kept the back and forth through the transaction all on an even keel. He's developed a deep understanding of the local market and put in loads of extra effort to ensure everything happened smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

Quick and easy
Chris is absolutely wonderful to work with. He listerns, responds quickly and professionally and gets it done straight away. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighbourhood he lives in. He was a absolute delight to talk to not only as a client but is your friend he cares about you and your needs and always wants to please. We bought our house off him 5 years ago and he sold it for us before it even hit the market, I would highly recommend Chris as Straddies number 1 real estate agent along with his team.
