Somehow, and this is the miraculous part, Chris is able to make seller and buyer feel really good about the transaction, that this is a good fit for both, and a reasonable outcome for both. He is terrific at managing delicate negotiations. And his passion for the island and its natural beauty is quite infectious--there are no regrets (only egrets).
