Whilst they were clearly ensuring they achieved a brilliant result for their vendor, they treated us with great respect as buyers and carried themselves with integrity the whole way through and didn’t play silly games like many other agents do. There's good reason why Duane Hunter and his team at Hunter Real Estate Agents, Elanora Heights, has been repeatedly voted #1Agent for the area!! Not only did he realise a suburb record price for our apartment; he did so whilst managing a triangle of intertwined vendors & purchasers. And he 'squared' this triangle off, by securing us a First Class rental in the area - which was a caveat of selling. Hunters also acted as our managing agent, whilst our apartment was an investment property. I've not had a good experience of Managing Agents - be it as a Landlord or a Tenant. However, Duane's team were/are excellent across the spectrum of residential rental management. So, if you're selling; buying; or renting - you'll not find a better agent to represent you. Duane really knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. He was spot on with his market value estimates and got the upper end price at auction that he had forecast which is a great result.
