Duane has a gentle and calm manner, yet you know that he has strong local and industry knowledge and will get you a great result. Siggi also in the sales team has a wonderful manner and commitment to the client also. Jaz in the office answers immediately with all communication. It’s quite obvious that the team culture flows down from the Unassuming leader - true team in every sense. Duane is more about the people involved than he is the $ it might bring the agency. $ of course that are needed by all businesses in order to provide the essential services that we need. We were a very unique and unusual property to sell and it was waiting for the right family to step into it and love it like we have. Duane encouraged and found that - he was able to guage many things and constantly communicates with clients during the process on both sides. His estimation of the value of our property was very high but not because he was over inflating but because he genuinely believed in what we had here. It went for less but he reached a street record, we were realistic vendors who trusted him and met the market and more importantly found the right family for our home. Forever grateful 😊

Whilst they were clearly ensuring they achieved a brilliant result for their vendor, they treated us with great respect as buyers and carried themselves with integrity the whole way through and didn’t play silly games like many other agents do.
