Not only did he realise a suburb record price for our apartment; he did so whilst managing a triangle of intertwined vendors & purchasers. And he 'squared' this triangle off, by securing us a First Class rental in the area - which was a caveat of selling. Hunters also acted as our managing agent, whilst our apartment was an investment property. I've not had a good experience of Managing Agents - be it as a Landlord or a Tenant. Duane really knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. He was spot on with his market value estimates and got the upper end price at auction that he had forecast which is a great result. Duane and his team were always very helpful and gave great advice with regards to setting up our home for inspection. Their communication was wonderful. We would definitely use Duane again.

In these difficult Covid times, Duane did an amazing job marketing and selling our house. Starting as a “test the market” situation, and then being lucky enough to have just one open house before the lockdown started, he thought on his feet. The people who bought our house needed to sell theirs. He went around and listed it right away and found a buyer for them really quickly - so three parties in the process. Thank you Duane.
