I contacted Duane following a dreadful outcome from McGrath in Manly. I actually withdrew the property from sale as McGrath just didn't seem to know what they were doing. Duane seemed to be more authentic and ethical but more importantly, seemed to better understand the market and area. I expect that the buyers are also happy with their purchase.
