He not only advised us on the most efficient way to enhance the value of the property, but also coordinated trades people to undertake work. This was accomplished in a tight set of deadlines, and our thanks here also go to Jess, who was across the detail in every way. Eddy’s grasp on sales strategy needs to be noted. In our case, this included the right timing to bring the property to market, establishment of fair market value, maximising buyer attention, flowing through to giving us the best achievable result in an efficient way.
