I was impressed with the strategy overview in our initial meeting and agility when Eddy and Lachlan needed to change the strategy according to the current market and prospective buyers. Friendly and helpful every step of the way. My unit wasn't the easiest or smoothest sell with tenant unexpectedly moving out half-way through the campaign, therefore the unit was unfurnished. With persistence and change of strategy unit did finally sell after being on the market just shy of 3 months. Happy with the outcome and final price Eddy and Lachlan achieved. Thanks Ray White team.
