Ahsan was an incredible agent for us, genuine, reliable and trustworthy. He helped us with not only the sale of our house but the purchase of land for our next build which he was not involved with. He also inspected our house, identified issues and organised contractors to come in and fix them. Ahsan kept in regular contact with us throughout the sale process and was available at any time, day or night. In a declining market he was able to keep on top of the developments and helped us to secure a sale prior to auction to maximise our value. We ended up getting a better price than a similar property which had more bedrooms and a larger land size. After securing the sale with the buyer he came to our place at 10pm to sign the contract so we could shorten the cooling off period. We are so grateful to Ahsan for his tireless effort and know that we secured the best possible sale price thanks to his diligence. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and would recommend him to anyone who is selling. You will be very well looked after with Ahsan!
