Helpful and professional

Professionalism at it Best
Ryan explained the whole process of Selling a house and tips on presentation for a good sale. Any q's we fired at him, he would always communicate answers back to us in a timely fashion. Also Ryan would recommend other businesses to us where we required their assistance. Overall we have no hesitation recommending Ryan to our family and friends when it comes to Real Estate.

Guided, Detailed, Stressfree and Successful auction of my property
Being a 1st time seller, I had met many real estate agents before being referred to Rajwant by a friend. In the 1st meeting, I wasn't expecting anything different to the ones we had with other agents but Rajwant surprised us with the meticulous details in his preparation. There were no questions or doubts left in mind once he finished explaining the market trends and selling process. The entire period afterwards was smooth and hassle free and all I had to ever stress about was to get the property ready for inspections. I cannot praise Rajwant and Raywhite enough for making my 1st selling experience a facile and contended one. My property was successfully auctioned above the expected price.

A great positive experience
After spending a few years keeping in touch, when it was time to sell I knew I would be using Brandon to list my property. What stood out with Brandon was his commitment to his vendors and his great customer service. Brandon took me through what to expect making the whole process of selling easy and stress free. He talked me through the different options of how to achieve the best outcome, and we decided to go to auction. He put me in contact with other suppliers to assist me in preparing the house before selling. Once on the market Brandon called me with updates on how the opens went and on how the market was looking, even after the auction Brandon continued to follow up with me to make sure I didn't have any issues. I will recommend Brandon to anyone selling their property and will certainly use him again when listing a property.

Professional and Hardworking

Great agent
Brandon assisted us during our search for a new home for our family, and although we did not end up buying a home from him, his help & support during our search was greatly appreciated. He was never pushy or intrusive, and his follow up phonecalls were always very respectful. Once our search came to an end, and we were ready to sell our home, Brandon's pitch and strategy were perfectly aligned with the execution that followed after.
