Don't trust Ryan
Even paying 20k more then market prices none of his promises fulfilled, No communication to fix his mistake before or after settlement, Would not recommend this agent to anyone, This is my 10th property bought in last 6 years so I am not a first home buyer.

Stress Free Real Estate Selling Experience
My wife and I had been approached by numerous Real Estate Agents prior to us making a decision to select someone who would give the best professional advice and marketing suggestions etc, in order for us to realise the best possible outcome of our asset. Choosing the right agent was a simple choice for us, we had previously watched Brandon Pilgrim in action at some of his other listed properties for sale. Brandon's enthusiasm and energy made it plainly obvious that he thrives and loves his chosen career, his ethics combined with his networking and follow up is amazing to watch. It was also very important for us not to choose an agent simply because he / she may appraise our property with an inflated valuation in order to gain the listing. Just as important for us was the fact that Brandon is well known in the eastern suburbs and in particular the Burnside / Erindale and environs, and as a result of his networking and follow up, he has a very high success rate in the area. Brandon's youthfulness, energy, drive and enthusiasm was a real plus factor in our selecting him to conduct the sale of our property. Brandon's knowledge and experience is most evident and his mature approach is not often found in someone young who demonstrates such exuberance.
