To Whom it may concern, I visited the above mentioned property on the first opening i believe. My funds where ready and approved by the bank and i was looking for an investment property. In the past 12 months i had been looking for investment properties for both my children and in time purchased properties for them but that came with a lot of patience looking for the right ones, knowing what was out there, would it suit them, and how much certain areas would cost. I almost didn't get to Klemzig opening. it was freezing cold that day and hail was starting on OG rd close by.
