Professional, efficient and painless; and, our outcome was achieved
Craig was highly responsive, friendly and efficient in his dealings with us and provided concise, frank and trustworthy advice at all stages of the process. The lines of delegation to Sarah and others involved were clear and worked well. There was a reassuring feeling that Craig was part of a competent team in which people knew their roles and responsibilities, took them seriously and that they enjoyed doing their jobs. The regular communications that we received were welcome and credible. Because we were selling a jointly-titled property and I was travelling overseas and otherwise busy with work, there were aspects of the paperwork, marketing and sale could have been an inefficient, uncertain, drawn-out and stressful process. Thanks to Craig and his team, the marketing campaign and the auction turned out to be a well structured, reassuring and efficiently managed experience for us and the outcome met our expectations.

Our experience with Craig
We chose Ray White Nowra to represent us in the sale of our home because Craig presented very well and had excellent knowledge of the local area regarding sales. But the deciding factor for us was the comfortable feeling we had that he was the best person for the job. We had absolutely no concerns about how the property was and would be handled, the excellent communication between us and the agency, the clearly laid out marketing strategy and the no nonsense approach was perfect. I would highly recommend Craig to any potential seller.

Sold in a turning market
Craig and Sarah have done an excellent job selling my property at Huskisson. The market was definitely cooling and they stuck at the task delivering a quality buyer who was able to complete the transaction within a time frame that allowed me to achieve another great outcome elsewhere. Helpful and understanding
My partner and I had nothing but a wonderful experience with dealing with Glenn in the purchase of our new home. Being first home buyers we were quite nervous about buying a house because of not having much knowledge about the housing market/industry.
