Why? Like all sellers (after conducting my own research on sales) I rang 4 local agents seeking a selling price, a selling plan and their commission rate which must be negotiable. Note: I suggest strongly to any seller to only use a local agent who deals in the area NOT out of towners. Local knowledge is power. After 4 interviews I Then asked myself would I buy from this man/woman. A SIMPLE ANSWER WAS YES to Anthony Clark- we negotiated a commission, he involved me in the add right up and all other administrative tasks, he represented my interests (the seller) only and not subtle pressure for a sale. He contacted me several times a week with information at times for a chat only. Anthony Clarks honesty, integrity, friendly and humorous nature takes the anxiety out of selling a home. Finally Anthony Clark Ray White Nundah has a great team behind him especially Maria. Very Happy seller.
