Initially we received multiple offers lower than what we thought the property was worth on its first viewing day. We chose not to accept those offers and we received the offer which met our expectation on the second viewing. Both Anthony and his team did an excellent job in ensuring the best photographs were taken of the property and this certainly contributed to numbers who viewed the property on its first viewing day. We bought and sold through Anthony and could not recommend him highly enough. Despite numerous challenges through the sale and purchase process Anthony was always willing to provide assistance and support. The whole process was made simpler and stress free, a big plus for us.
