Dwight has a very strong work ethic and is constantly in touch with updates regarding everything from listing to open home to offers. We were able to list very quickly (5 days) and had an offer we accepted in the second week. He and his team didn’t suggest anything costly in terms of marketing the home and ensured the photos looked great. Dwight is very proactive and has visited our home out of hours numerous times which has helped us facilitate the sale of our home. He is obviously very in touch with the market in our area. Dwight is a fantastic communicator and nothing was too much trouble for either he or Courtney when we needed to organise multiple viewings for builder's quotes or had further questions. When we needed to renegotiate after the building and pest inspection, we feel that Dwight represented both us and the seller fairly, and managed to get us a reduction. We feel that with Dwight's help, we paid a fair price for the property, and the entire sale process was efficient, easy, and very quick. He's also a really friendly and enthusiastic agent who knows the area and market well.

Dwight, enabled the sale of 45 Macoma St Banyo to achieve the required price in a tight market. This was achieved by himself and his extended team being knowledgeable, hardworking and first class in communication. Ironically many agents due to the time frame the sale took tried to undercut and manage the sale and indeed there was an instance where a local agent with a Banyo office undermined a potential buyer. Dwight and his team always maintained integrity, professionally and fostered trust with myself and potential buyers. This is how the property industry should conduct itself a lesson many of the competing agents need to learn. I would recommend to those wanting to sell and buy to work with Dwight. I have transacted with Dwight in both capacities and he was consistently professional in both capacities. Being a first time seller, I was a little unsure how the whole process worked going into it, however Dwight's team, and their professionalism and knowledge made the whole process very easy. Dwight took the time to get to know me as a person before dealing with the sale, which made it easy to approach him with questions about the whole process whenever I felt the need to. Not only were we able to get a price that was higher than my original goal, but Dwight and his team took the time to make sure I was kept up to date the whole way through, with calls and visits and the occasional breakfast. Getting a good price is one thing, but not being treated like a number is another. 10/10 would recommend.
