Very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable
We lived in NSW and needed an Agent to sell our investment property in Qld. We did some search and decided to go with Ray White and some how contacted Deborah McCulloch. I am glad I got Deborah whom I found to be very helpful, reliable and professional. Deborah, understanding our situation, arranged for all the tradies to get the unit in shape for a good sale. The entire unit needed painting, changing carpet, some electrical and other handyman work. Within two weeks all the necessary work was done at a reasonable price and then within the next two weeks the property was sold ! We did not need to travel to Qld to inspect the property at all as Deborah did it all. During the entire process Deborah maintained very good communication with us updating us with the work in progress. If I needed to talk to her regarding any issue Deborah was always obliging. I found Deborah to be very friendly and approachable. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. One thing that stood out in Deborah was her confidence. Right from the start she assured us that she would sell our property at a good price and in less than 90 days ... and she did ! Just goes to show how good her negotiations skills are !
