I cannot recommend Naomi enough. She is always switched on, responds promptly and professionally even when I think she’s meant to be off the clock. My house was barely on the market 2 weeks before she secured a buyer at a price I thought was very unlikely to achieve. She even did a lot of work with my vacating tenant, who had a difficult situation, and from this I can see she is very compassionate, patient and understanding. She organised 80% of the things I believe are meant to be my responsibility (cleaning, decoration, repairs). This also speaks to her excellent connections, as all work was done at competitive cost. She worked with me organise everything within my budget. She would drop into the property regularly to keep track of progress. I almost feel bad talking about these things because they shouldn’t be expected of a real estate agent, but she did it all with a smile. If you want your house sold efficiently, with good return and no hassles, pick Naomi and avoid disappointment.
