Naomi has sold two houses for us. Each time she has demonstrated her skills in real estate and passion for her job. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, the 'hot buttons' for buyers, the concerns and needs for sellers, and expertly facilitates both parties to achieve their desired outcomes. She clearly outlines the processes and time frames involved; helps the seller to prepare their home, including best layout and decor to highlight the strengths of the property. She organised the open days and was in attendance (despite the awful weather recently!!) to answer potential buyers questions and communicated any feed back from buyers to us, the sellers. She is enthusiastic yet thorough in how she manages her clients. She has great communication skills and has kept us well-informed during the whole process. I would highly recommend Naomi.
