Her clear and commanding knowledge of the local market ran rings around the other agents I had initially canvassed, BOTH of whom gave a maximum price estimate that was $28,500 less than the price Angela achieved for us - AFTER a $5,000 discount for minor building issues. I have not told Angela of the other agent's price range estimates. She kept me fully informed at every step, and even helped out after settlement when there was a bolloxing-up of settlement funds (by the Bank - nothing to do with Ray White Aspley). All in all, she did a wonderful job, and should be commended for her professionalism and aptitude. Five Stars!
