We met Dwight about 12 months before we decided to sell our house. During that time we dealt with other agents but when the time came to sell we went back to Dwight as he had left a lasting impression on us. No hard sell; just a very honest person that we felt comfortable with from the first moment we met him. We put our home on the market and a high price for the area. With 24 hours the house was not only sold be we got over 25k more than we had asked! Dwight and his team proved to be excellent operators during our house hunting experience. We went to a number of open homes hosted by Dwight and his team and always found them very helpful, informative and understanding. At no stage did we feel like there was a hard sell occurring. The best thing about Dwight is he seems to care about buyers as much as he does about getting the sellers the result they're after. In most cases, agents seem to only be concerned with the sellers (which is fair enough given they're the one's who are paying the bill), however it was great to have someone that was committed to helping us get into our next property. I highly recommend Dwight and, if I was looking to sell my next property, I'd definitely consider engaging his services. I'll close off by commending Dwight on his ethical behaviour - he wasn't deceptive or misleading; he was always honest and upfront. This level of transparency always makes the buying process that much easier.
