We worked with Dwight on both a house purchase and sale in 2015 so experienced both sides of a RE transaction. On both we found Dwight to be professional, dedicated and personable. Dwight is a clearly a good negotiator but genuine at the same time. He put in additional time out of hours and was quick to respond. We were happy with the support provided by Dwight's team to photograph and describe our house in its best light, and were given regular feedback on open houses/inspections. The sale took place in a reasonable timeframe and for a price we were satisfued with. Dwight significantly exceeded the experience that we had with a different RE agency on another earlier sale.
