Excellent local knowledge and experience
Roxanne diligently assisted us to find our perfect house, suggesting houses in the local area that fit our criteria. When we found the perfect one she was genuinely happy for us and made the process of purchasing as smooth as possible. She and her her team worked hard to sell ours as quickly as possible to avoid delays with impending Covid-19 restrictions. Photos and marketing materials were quickly put together and of a high standard. She went above and beyond to work with all the Covid 19 restrictions and filled me confidence that it would sell. Roxanne and her team sold it quickly and for our asking price. The sale went smoothly and we are happily in our new house.

As first home buyers it is very scary and intimidating buying a home. Especially during this global pandemic we are currently experiencing, where you can't just pop your head into an open home and walk around anonymously! Outstanding Agent = Fantastic Result
We couldn't have asked for a better result. My elderly mothers property was listed as COVID restrictions were imposed. With public movement restrictions in place, open homes cancelled and a downturn in the market, Kylie still managed to sell the property within 4 weeks at the expected price! She clearly knows the market and how to get the best results. Kylie went above and beyond in all aspects of guiding us through the sale from styling to the listing strategy. She lined up and coordinated all of the additional services such as solicitors, stylists (at incredibly competitive rates) and the paper work was a breeze. She was highly collaborative , friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Honestly I can't believe how seamless the whole experience was.
