Enthusiastic, hardworking agent
This is the second time we have come to Roxanne for our real estate needs in the area. Both times we have felt her positive energy and passion for what she does. She knows the market and works for the best results. She is not pushy, but her enthusiasm does help to make decisions and give confidence. Likeable and trustworthy Agent
Im pleased to recommend Roxanne as an Estate Agent. I had tried previously to sell my home without a desired result so came off market. Roxanne told me that my home was very sought after and could not understand why we did not achieve an offer within our desired price range. I felt a renewed confidence that my home would sell and did not feel any stress what so ever as Roxanne was always confident in what she would achieve. She loved our home and her enthusiasm for finding the perfect buyer was always evident and clear. We had multiple offers on the home and all withing the range we where hoping for. Not only did she sell the home she had to turn down many offers. My only regret was that I didn't use Roxanne the first time round. Don't hesitate if you want to sell your home and have an Agent with passion and respect for your home then choose Roxanne. Truly was pain free.
