As interstate buyers/sellers it’s hard to find someone you can get along with and also be professional at the same time. Our experience is a little bit different than most, we had a loss in the family and decided to give Ray White a call. Glen Wilson came around and we spoke about different options going forward without any pressure to sell or rent out. Glen’s knowledge of the area/market was right on point and no pressure was felt ever to sell. 3 months later and we decided to sell and Glens professionalism kicked in, we were on the market and sold within 3 weeks. Glen even helped in organizing a conveyancer and was forever helpful in whatever we needed. Even down to our under 20 day settlement. It was 2 years of appraisals with Jay and Michelle and keeping an eye on current market before we decided to sell. The decision for an agent was easy. Jay and Michelle live in the area, they knew the area and their commitment to give to local communities made our decision easy. There was no pressure at anytime to list our property. Property was listed early August and sold mid/late September. Assistance was given every step of the way. (including downloading app) An app is used for all communications so even the other staff at the office know what's going on. Their dedication, and commitment to selling our property and guidance since it was sold has been outstanding. Jay made our sale happen and for that we are very thankful. Would recommend to anyone to do your research but certainly keep this team in mind as they will get you results
