From beginning to end the process of selling by auction my mother's house was uncomplicated and straightforward. Glen was a bundle of energy throughout and carried the progress from start to sale with ease. The various elements of the process were handled efficiently and professionally with Glen sharing information about what was to happen and what was needed with great clarity. I have not been a fan of auctions but Glen's enthusiasm for the sale of the property through the auction process unfolded largely as he had outlined with success on the day of the auction justifying his commitment to it. As sellers we were happy and the buyer seemed pretty content which reflected a well balanced operation. I would gladly recommend anybody placing their property sale in Glen's hands confident of a successful outcome.
