We recently bought a property where Nick was acting as the seller’s agent. The property was always well presented when we attended and Nick always had the relevant information on display and to hand. He made the process easy from a purchasers point of view by providing all the documentation we would require - including building and pest reports and development reports. He has gone out of his way to make the property accessible to us - when we couldn’t make any of the scheduled inspections, he opened the house multiple times out of standard hours for a private viewing. Post purchase he has facilitated entries for us to view with potential architects and has patiently waited (for over an hour) while we had these meetings. We are so grateful for how accommodating Nick has been.
