My partner and I recently purchased a house and Mathew was the selling agent. He was friendly, responsive and accommodating, working with us to inspect and make an offer on a very short timeline. He was also patient answering our questions and we feel like he provided good advice that ultimately worked out well for both the buyer (us) and the seller. Throughout the cooling off and settlement periods, Mathew has checked in regularly to provide updates and see if we need anything further.

Throughout the marketing period Max was professional in his conduct (punctual, reliable, and above-all successful). He started with a clear timetable and maintained this during pre-auction period. He spent a lot of time with open houses and kept us informed of responses and possible buyers.

We first met Phil when we purchased an apartment in Brisbane in 2015. At that time he was very helpful in securing the right deal for us and providing professional advice. We kept in contact over the year and in 2022 we sold the same apartment, via auction, using Phil as our agent. Our auction result was excellent and it was primarily due to Phil's hard work from time of listing up to the auction day. Phil provided constant updates on the market, the progress of the inspections and the potential buyers he was meeting. Phil's advice has always been sound and professional and we would recommend his services to anyone looking for property in the Brisbane area.
