Before we appointed Anne, we met with and received submissions from 3 agents. We appointed Anne for 3 reasons: 1. She had made sure she was familiar with our property, 2. Her proposal was thorough and professional and 3. She was authentic. Anne’s fees were standard and we didn’t believe this to be the key to our success. Boy, did we make the right decision. Our property required weeks and weeks of work to get it ready for sale. We were based in Melbourne, so Anne pulled her sleeves up and put in many days of hard work making sure we presented the property at its best. When we finally got to market it had gone off the boil - so this required even more effort from Anne to get our sale over the line. We are happy with the outcome and will forever be in awe of this woman. We have sold many properties but can honestly say that our experience with Anne Gunson was beyond our expectations.
