On a personal level Nick is very honest, caring and extremely easy to get along with. On a professional level he really knows the business and particularly the local area, Petrie Terrace. He was spot on with his suggestions of how to present the property and never failed to update us on open for inspections both via phone straight after the event and then again in weekly reports which he updated when necessary. Now we have sold our property - prior to auction - he is still offering to be involved, even down to forwarding our mail. We always felt he was working for us, the vendors, and I suspect he also built a good relationship with our buyers. We have no qualms recommending him to anyone looking to sell their property.
