I had an awkward inner city property that was unliveable. I had concerns about taking photos for advertising the property, having open house inspections, listing all the building defects etc. Also the property presented access issues for renovators. Nick was great, reassuring and optimistic. He sold the property for above market price within one week - before we had even organised advertising!
