Nicholas was a key factor in selling my most recent property in Petrie Tce. Having been in the construction industry, predominately residential construction, for approx 50 years, I am well versed in the ways agents try to obtain listings. Nicholas, to his credit, was upfront and honest, which I find is somewhat lacking with some agents. During the construction Nicholas would visit the site regularly, so he knew the quality and workmanship that went into the property and was able to advise any prospective purchasers regarding this and the multiple unique features of the property. I had an awkward inner city property that was unliveable. I had concerns about taking photos for advertising the property, having open house inspections, listing all the building defects etc. Also the property presented access issues for renovators. Nick was great, reassuring and optimistic. He sold the property for above market price within one week - before we had even organised advertising!
