Mathew achieved a very, very fast sale, the property agreement was signed 21 November and the property settled 23 December. I had purchased the property previously with Mathew as the Selling Agent and he had kept in touch for the duration of the time I had owned the property. I always enjoyed our interactions. We had a great time with Anne. Having been searching for a year we have had a lot of experience with agents and a lot of unsavoury ones at that.
