It was our first home purchase and Mathew was very helpful. He walked us through the process and followed up at the right times to make sure we were on track and following the timeline. Our initial discussions with Mathew about buying the property were very friendly and made us feel like he was trying really hard to get the best price for us. He even traveled all the way out to our house (about 30 minutes away from their office) three times to negotiate prices and sign the contract. Overall he made the purchasing of the property a lot easier.

Mathew achieved a very, very fast sale, the property agreement was signed 21 November and the property settled 23 December. I had purchased the property previously with Mathew as the Selling Agent and he had kept in touch for the duration of the time I had owned the property. I always enjoyed our interactions.
