I found Ray White Paddington very good as I knew they would be having rented with them before and in particular the house that was sold. My real estate agent was Luke Dawson who was very skilled, professional and friendly. He was always punctual and had a great understanding of the real estate market and of legal implications that could arise in the contract of sale. I would not hesitate in engaging Luke again to buy or sell any property and would recommend him and Ray White Paddington to other buyers or sellers.

It was our first home purchase and Mathew was very helpful. He walked us through the process and followed up at the right times to make sure we were on track and following the timeline. Our initial discussions with Mathew about buying the property were very friendly and made us feel like he was trying really hard to get the best price for us. He even traveled all the way out to our house (about 30 minutes away from their office) three times to negotiate prices and sign the contract. Overall he made the purchasing of the property a lot easier.

Mathew and Nik provided excellent service and knowledge through out the selling process. They were at all times professional and really had a great understanding of the local market. Mathew and Nik are fantastic communicators and kept us informed every step of the way, as well as taking the time to explain certain aspects of marketing or the process that we were unfamiliar with. My Wife and I were very pleased with the result and believe that Mathew and Nik's enthusiasm and passion was a major component in achieving that. I have been lucky enough to have Anne sell two homes for me and both sold within 4 weeks, 1 under the hammer and the other for sale. Anne is brilliant to work with, she is professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. Both properties were marketed extremely well and this enabled me to get the result I was aiming for. Nothing is too hard for Anne and the glass is always half full! I cannot speak more highly of Anne and recommend her to sell your property.

I recently purchased a property from Mathew and needed to take the time to write a review because the experience was top class. Mathew's many years of experience is so evident, from the way he communicates to the measured way he deals with buyers and overall calmness throughout the negotiation process.
