Nicholas was excellent in all aspects of the recent sale of our house in Petrie Terrace. It was an investment rental on a busy street with challenges to overcome in order to sell. He treated our tenants with respect and even bought wine for them each time he presented the house to potential clients. Nicholas was a great communicator with many phone calls and weekly emailed summaries on potential buyers. Overall , he deserves to be acknowledged for his professional and diligent work.

I dealt with a lot Real Estate Agents over a period of approximately 9 mths whilst looking for a home and the quality varied from excellent to shocking. Nick Hall was definitely in the 'excellent' category. He was honest with us from the start, knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. As it turned out our purchase situation was a little 'different' to normal and Nick was a great help, nothing was too much trouble and the communication and honesty throughout the process was most appreciated. There was also a lovely gift basket waiting for us in the house on settlement day which was a nice surprise. Was very happy with the entire process.
