Phil Waight is a very dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent. At the time of engagement Mr Waight discussed openly his marketing strategy for our property and prepared a detailed marketing plan. At regular intervals Mr Waight kept us fully informed of his marketing activities and open house visitations with a detailed report of progress made during each week prior to the auction. Even on the day of auction he worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible sale price for our property. Mr Waight utilized a very professional approach in his real estate work, was easy to communicate with and I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Waight as a most knowledgeable, energetic and effective real estate agent.

Luke has been very consitant and persistant with contacting us for many years offering if he could be of help us in anyway if we were thinking of selling. Well it eventually did happen that we considered selling and Luke was so helpful in getting the valuation and eventually putting it on the market. Luke constantly sent us feedback on open inspections and was very considerate of the existing tenant during the process. The Market had dropped and we appreciate Luks honesty during this process.
