I honestly wish I chose Mathew Aboud in the first instance - I was given a lot of fluff and BS from another agent in the same Urban area which I unfortunately listened to . My mistake .Matt was honest from the start -told me it was unrealistic to expect the price I had dangled in front of me elsewhere and although he was willing to work long and hard for my business -reality is reality . It was a hard lesson . I re engaged Mathew after I thought it was time to give up and not chase my goal . Mathew assured me he would work with me and be fair and honest . The process took time , mainly because I listened to the others but even when I was ready to chuck it in ,Mathew stayed positive .This is my 6th Property and I can say dealing with Mathew was seamless - he is a straight shooter , doesn't try to work you -like others do and has the best interest of both you and the purchaser at heart .ie Not trying to push someone into a property when it obviously doesn't suit their needs for his gain -I respect that .Mathew conducted countless open homes ,put up with the most pedantic prospective buyers and remained positive ,kept me informed ,wasn't negative about the property and MOST importantly his service levels remained the same as day one .Example -one of the other agents dropped me to an 8am open home with a junior after not selling in 4 weeks . In summary - Mathew was honest , stuck to his commitment, achieved the result I was looking for ,maintained his service levels throughout the long process ,kept me informed and updated ,kept me positive ,always returned calls and made me feel like I was his only client, his knowledge of the industry , local area ,market and competition properties was second to none - I am difficult to deal with -expect the best and would recommend Mathew to EVERYONE -from your one bedroom unit to your 7 bedroom waterfront - Thank you
