From the first inspection through to settlement, Nick was supremely helpful and professional. We liked the fact that Nick knew the area and nearby owners, and was able to give us up to date information regarding surrounding properties and their renovation plans. We were also extremely happy with the entire sale and settlement process - a big Thank You to Nick for a smooth and fast transition and, of course, the basket of goodies in our home on settlement day!
