Delivered what he promised , did what he said he would, on time with no fuss. Have dealt with lots of agents over the years, but Max is different, he cares. Excellent preparation, He had all information on the property ready, Body corporate info, even Town Planning preliminary investigation. Despite obviously being there to obtain the best possible price for the vendor, Max listened to my thoughts and expectations and went out of his way to get answers to all my enquiries so I could make an informed decision at the Auction.
