From the moment I met Anne I was able to build a strong rapport with her and felt that she would be easy to work with during the sale of my property in Kelvin Grove. This was important for me as at the time I was travelling and moving houses and changing jobs so needed the whole processes to be the least stressful. Anne was super friendly and always provided timely feedback and suggestions. Moreover, I was overseas at the time of the sale so it became really important that we communicated regularly. This was easy as Anne was always flexible and open to skype meetings. The price that she initially suggested seemed too high after a month on the market but she was able to offer suggestions both in relation to a new sale price and various marketing strategies which was helpful in getting prospective buyers to the open homes. I valued her persistence in terms of getting the best price for me and wish her the best with future sales in the area.
