We listed our Bardon home for sale with realistic expectations late 2015. Matthew and his team produce a result that exceeded our initial expectations. Initially we had decided to appoint an alternate agent but found Matthews eagerness and drive compelling. My wife and I recently sold our first home with Mathew and could not have been more happy with the level of service he provided and his professionalism. Being first time sellers we were very anxious and needed a lot of 'guiding' throughout the entire process. Mathew was only to happy to take the time to explain everything to us and make sure we felt comfortable and understood all that was happening. Hi knowledge of the housing market, especially withing the local area, is fantastic and he was able to give us reliable and current information which we used to determine our reserve price. We had some unexpected issues arise throughout the process and Mathew went above and beyond contacting people on our behalf in order to make our lives easier. Mathew was available at all times and would even make himself available early in the morning or late in the evening, which were best for us, to ensure he communicated what was happening every step of the way as he realised this was important to us and come auction day we were extremely confident he had done everything he could to ensure the best possible outcome.
