I actually don't on the whole tolerate real estate agents extremely well, but I will say that my experience with Luke Dawson did put any negative past experiences to rest. I found Luke to be extremely polite, very efficient, easy to communicate with and above all I found he put the vendor's wishes over and above the purchaser's.
